The Managers where pretty cool there, So were most of the co-workers.

There wasn't much there. As far as fast food, I'd imagine that it's about average, but room for advancement was pretty much a 50 cent raise above minimum wage, and then try for management for another 50 cent raise.

Really the only benefit to working at Five Guys is the employee discount on the food. The food was overpriced for what you got. Pretty decent if money isn't an issue, but definitely too expensive without the discount.

The environment is wonderful and I love the employees that work there. They’ve all become my friends and they always have my back when I need a ride home or something in that manner

Hours getting cut due to over hiring and the general manger getting switched to a new one. I sure assure you I always show up to work I need the money

Free food comes with a perk of working there.

Some of the people were really nice, friendly, easy to work there and made it easy for me to fit into the work style as I was an easy learner already

Some other people didn't make it easy and stressed me out more than I deserved, I was also a target for doing all the hard labour.

Atmosphere and fun environment

Not being able to serve all customers. Every day customers comes in looking for heathy options like turkey burger, bean burger or vegetarian. We should have a more diversified menu. I’ve seen families where one one or two people out of the group eating. Sad
