Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or two year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; be able to write reports and business correspondence and to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
