- Performs inspections, maintenance, and repair IAW Textron 1 View manuals and military supplements. Primary aircraft are Beechcraft A200C models also operated as TC-12 or C-12 aircraft. Responsible for reviewing aircraft history to include weight and balance, life limited parts, RII, AD and SB compliance to ensure continued airworthiness upon completion of scheduled phase inspections. Act as the final release authority of information, data, and aircraft to a DAR for release of aircraft to foreign countries under FMS contracts.
DUTIES:
- Complies with written maintenance and logistics procedures and policies.
- Complies with the FAA regulations as applicable.
- Ensures aircraft discrepancies are properly recorded in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and within the terms of the contract.
- Maintains a clean and organized workplace.
- Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- Possesses a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
- Possesses an Inspection Authorization (IA) license, current and endorsed.
- A minimum of five (5) years total and three (3) years of recent hands-on airframe and powerplant experience on fixed wing aircraft preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) year of King Air hands-on experience is desired
- Must provide own hand tools
