Mission Profile
Operate the EC135 under SPIFR/NVG in CAMTS-guided med-evac missions
Coordinate flight clearances, weather briefings, and aircraft status with leadership
Ensure all flight paperwork is complete, accurate, and FAA-compliant
Report mechanical issues in the engineering logbook and liaise with maintenance
Load/unload patients & equipment (lift up to 100 lbs) safely and efficiently
Support Safety Management System initiatives-Destination Zero is our standard
You've Earned This Role If You Have
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
2,000 Total Flight Hours (1,500 helicopter; 1,000 PIC; 500 turbine)
Current Class II FAA Medical Certificate
Meet weight-restriction policy (max weight per SOP)
Strong verbal & radio communication skills
High school diploma or GED (minimum)
Ability to pass pre-placement physical (lift 100 lbs), drug screen & background check

Minimum requirements:
2500 flight hours Pilot in Command in Multi-engine Jet
200 hours actual instrument
250 night hours
Multi-engine land ATP certificate
Unrestricted Passport
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
Current First Class
Two years multi-crew experience
Must be able to travel internationally with no restrictions
Medical certificate
CE500 type rating preferred
Must live within a 45 minute drive of our hub or be willing to relocate
Responsibilities:
Promotes positive attitudes toward compliance and safety.
Performs flight planning, aircraft preflight inspection and aircraft preparation.
Proper execution of the flight and ensuring navigation of the aircraft follows the approved flight plan, as cleared.
Maintains revisions to aircraft manuals, navigation charts, and checklists.
Knows of and adheres to regulations including recent flight experience and SOP's.
Maintains current required licenses and certificates to comply with company, ICAO (as applicable) and FAA requirements.
Assists loading and unloading of baggage and providing passenger needs as required.
Ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the aircraft, ordering catering, if required, and ensuring aircraft commissary inventory and supplies are on board.
Attends regularly scheduled ground and simulator training, maintaining flight proficiency and knowledge of all flight operations, regulations and aircraft systems.
Searches for and reports hazards.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
