Responsibilities: The Director of Crisis Services - Flagstaff, AZ oversees the day to day operations of assigned facility based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services. The Director of Crisis Services - Flagstaff manages and mentors the Program Managers and Operation Administrators to ensure that clinical services and operations are delivered in accordance with Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes. Shift: Typically, Mon - Fri, 9 - 5, some on call required (about 1 week/month) - this is a crisis location so some flexibility may be required even when not on call. This can include nights and weekends. Pay: $120k/year plus stipends with flexibility based on experience.
