General Summary:

**Job Description**
The Plant Manager - ARP position directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing plant to achieve both the plant financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate, divisional, and business unit. The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $150,900 to $188,600; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $150,900 to $226,300 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Complete daily Scrap report on computer detailing all resin, colorant usage, regrind and scrap generation.
Ensure regrind is being used on all lines maintaining proper levels at each machine. (No more than 1 excess Gaylord by any machine.)
Set up blenders, calibrate and change material formulas as necessary.
Evaluate Colorant usage and verify that colorant is not being overused - perform visual color checks on bottles.
Responsible to calculate usage and mix up color standards (LTD) per customer approved standards. Or target letdown ration designated on PIC sheet.
Transport material and scan (regrind, colorants etc.) to and from the warehouse
Perform line clearances on completed production lines, cleaning entire material system.
Responsible to make sure all

gaylords being used on the production floor have been properly defaced of the original use signage stickers.
Keep areas around the grinders, blenders, day bins clean and free of regrind, dust etc.
Communicate with operators any changes of regrind percentages. Or accumulation of excess regrind
Check cyclone dust collection bags on each line and empty and clean as necessary should not exceed 20lbs of dust.
Clean vacuum pump filters daily.
Hook up and operate railcar unloading system following all proper procedures
Responsible to make sure that NO resin is spilled on ground or around railcar area. If this does occur immediate cleanup is necessary!
Identify and weigh all material chunks per production line and dispose of in proper location.
Any duties not listed that could be assigned by the supervisor or acting supervisor for the day. For example, but not limited to breaks, cleaning, rework, unloading resin into gaylords etc.
Communicate to on-coming shift activity on production floor and any upcoming changes.

POSITION - Maintenance Supervisor
Reports to: Operations Manager Department: Maintenance
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring resources are allocated for the efficient maintenance of production machinery, equipment and physical plant in accordance with state, Federal, and company policies & procedures. SUMMARY: Responsible for operation of machinery for palletizing of the product. Must acquire understanding of palletizing requirements and operations of machinery including palletizers, strapping machines, wrapping machines, forklifts, and overall flow of product.

Direct all non-conforming parts to the appropriate reprocess area.
Maintains standard production objectives through proper machine operation and accurately records production. Communicates production information at shift change

POSITION REQUIRMENTS:
Knowledge/Skills/Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment running palletizers, shrink wrappers, banders or equipment of a similar nature is preferred.
Ability to read, write and understand English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Job Description
• Perform start and/or restart of plastic injection molding machinery (molding machines, support equipment)
• Visually inspect molds, machines and support equipment for worn parts or safety hazards
• Assess mold processes to assure optimum cycle times vs. standards while maintaining efficient quality performances
• Troubleshoot processes, systems and equipment to improve efficiencies
• Perform cleaning and lubrication of molds and equipment as needed or directed
• Safely remove purge from molding machines

**Job Description**
As a Process Engineer II, you'll provide technical expertise and support to ensure safety, optimize manufacturing operations, and drive continuous improvement within our facility.
