At this time, we have one position open on 2nd shift. If you have blow mold processing experience, apply today or give us a call to discuss. Experience with Graham, Sterling and Cincinnati presses is ideal. Starting wage contingent upon experience, higher wage on 2nd due to shift differential.

Responsibilities:
* Provide mold and fixture preventive maintenance.
* Must be extremely proficient in every aspect of Molding Process
* Must be able to set up/test and document a brand new tool and materials to produce an acceptable product.
* Maintain fixture and secondary equipment in working order.
* Must possess a high level of mechanical skills.
* Requires a strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems and controls.
* Store and document molds and fixtures.
* Change mold inserts when possible (As equipment requires).
* Change secondary equipment inserts and nesting.
* Diagnose (troubleshoot) secondary equipment problems.
* Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with co-workers, employer, customers, and suppliers,.
* Uphold a strong desire to learn and new changing technologies.
* Must have acceptable attendance record.
* Standing and walking for periods of eight hours at a time.
* Lifting, carrying, pushing, and or pulling, 75 lbs. or more, but requires the ability to use good judgment in determining the best method and equipment.
* Ability to distinguish colors and shading.
* Vision must be clear, with near vision at 12 inches or more and far vision at 20 ft. or more. If the associate requires corrective lenses, they must have and use them to be able to perform the part quality inspections.
* Good communication skills with the ability to speak and hear others clearly.

Education and Skill Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Effective and oral written communication with a wide variety of people.
* Flexible and ability to fill in production supervisors on different shifts as required
* Understand and follow work rules.
* Basic math functions, i.e. addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, X-bar and R charts, let down ratios.
* Ability to work independently and within group settings
* Knowledge of injection molding a plus.

They support other maintenance associates in their day to day activities Preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance of assigned equipment. About the Role
Responsible for safely operating a fork truck in a warehouse and around pedestrians, refilling designated materials, and moving finished goods and raw materials.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Must be able to learn and comply with all Amcor Rigid Packaging's safety rules/regulations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITY:**
+ Responsible for monitoring and insuring quality of containers and lids per specifications
+ Responsible for following all plant Life Saving Behaviors
+ Responsible for following any safety guidelines the department has in place

Role Overview
This role will support the plant in achieving manufacturing metrics by ensuring employee training is completed, work instructions/job aids are up to date, and other duties as directed by manager. Additionally, this role will support the plant in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business utilizing different training methods and CI processes. This includes aid in the strategic orientation of the training systems (i.e. assessments, plans, trainers, etc.).

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
Inform employees about training options
Map out training plans for individual employees
Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Track and report on training outcomes
Provide feedback to program participants and management
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology

Job Description
The Plant Manager - ARP position directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing plant to achieve both the plant financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate, divisional, and business unit. The plant manager manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for safety, production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities. About You
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

About the Role
The primary function of the Machine Operator is to keep the Injection Stretch Blow Molding and/or Injection Molding lines running well and producing quality bottles.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on ISBM/IM molds and machines. This includes cleaning the machine and the basement of the machine.
Start up and shut down molding equipment in a safe manner. Make mechanical and system adjustments to machines to correct quality issues in the bottles and process out defects.
Perform root cause analysis to determine true cause of machine issues.
Must be willing and able to document all adjustments and changes to machinery.
Perform quality checks on bottles per policy, documenting any and all issues in the quality system.
Perform or assist with mold changes as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Job Description**
The Plant Manager - ARP position directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing plant to achieve both the plant financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate, divisional, and business unit. **Compensation**
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $150,900 to $188,600; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $150,900 to $226,300 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.

+ Load raw materials and ensure continuous machine operation
+ Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
+ Keep production areas clean, safe, and organized

+ Support troubleshooting and minor adjustments to minimize downtime
+ Assist with changeovers, roll splices, regrind/elutriator systems, QA checks, and BMS operations

**Role Overview**
+ This role will support the plant in achieving manufacturing metrics by ensuring employee training is completed, work instructions/job aids are up to date, and other duties as directed by manager. Additionally, this role will support the plant in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business utilizing different training methods and CI processes. This includes aid in the strategic orientation of the training systems (i.e. assessments, plans, trainers, etc.).

+ Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
+ Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
+ Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
+ Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
+ Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
+ Inform employees about training options
+ Map out training plans for individual employees
+ Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
