CDL Regional Truck Driver / SIGN ON BONUS!
We are looking for experienced CDL Regional Truck Drivers and recent, entry level graduates of a CDL A training program to join our flatbed fleet as a member of a team that strives to be the best at everything it does! Class A Drivers with 6 months verifiable driving experience to run a dedicated OTR account. This position offers a
$5K SIGN ON/RETENTION BONUS.
This is a flatbed position with absolutely
NO TARPING
and no touch or unloading freight. Just strapping/unstrapping and getting back on the road after you're unloaded.

Overview

• This is a flatbed account with no tarping (only strapping) and absolutely no unload/touch except for strapping
• No flatbed experience? No problem. We will train you!!
• Will be going from Distribution Center to Distribution Center
• Most drivers run 3-4 weeks – depending on where you live you can run more or less
• May have a rider and a pet after training on the account which is 2-3 days and is paid $250/day
• Drivers starts Sunday night and is done early Saturday morning. For every week a driver spends out, they will get one additional 34 hour work week at home
• Driver may take the truck home with them when taking home time-will need to have place for trailer as well – must be either at house, secure location or truck stop.

Benefits/Pay

• Starting Pay is .69 CPM with drivers running from 2600-3000 miles per week
• Fleet average of $93,000 a year with top performers earning over $105K a year
• $5000 sign on/retention bonus - Paid $500 after 30 days and $500 a month afterwards
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and PTO benefits after 60 days

Qualifications

• Drivers must live within 50 miles of the following cities: Harvey, IL, Tipp City, OH, Atlanta, GA, Lancaster, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC or 30 miles from Richmond, VA and Riverton, NJ
• Must have at least 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years
• No more than 2 non-serious moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 36 months.
• No more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months and this includes 15+, careless, reckless, cell phone violation, improper lane change etc
• No more than 4 preventable accidents/incidents in the last 12 months and no more than 2 of those can be non-DOT accidents in the last 12 months with no more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 12 months

Seeking a local/long term, Class A Roll Off/Flatbed 2nd Shift Truck Driver

• Monday through Friday with a 6am start time.
• Driver will be responsible for the accurate and timely deliveries of various types of recycled goods.
• Truck driver will load and unload as the job dictates.
• CDL Driver must have some knowledge of light and heavy equipment operations.
• Truck Driver must maintain clean logs and any other documents.
• Driver pay, $26 per hour, overtime after 40hrs.

Professional Drivers must be able to communicate with management and customers at all times.
