After you complete training you'll come home and take 2-5 days off for home time to wind down. Then you'll sit down with your driver manager and choose one of many openings we currently have. After training you will get your own company truck that is when you salary goes up to $1200-$1400 on average. Some accounts are paying up to $1500 and up per week.
