HOME EVERY WEEKEND Drivers will deliver regionally from the Chesapeake area and will be responsible for unloading their trailers using gravity rollers. They will push the boxes of freight down the roller racks to store employees at the back of the store. Delivery is to one dedicated customer. $240 paid per trailer unload of each trailer plus $20 per stop. $100 weekly safety bonus for 2 loads per week delivered safely. Average weekly pay of $1,800-$2,000. 0.90 CPM $40 bonus for short-haul loads under 50 miles. Experience Requirements: 6 months OTR experience (after training) within the last 12 months OR At least 12 months in the past 5 years All experience must be verifiable. Must have good MVR & BG reports. Stable job history is required, as well as the ability to pass all pre-employment job screenings. Drivers will be home for a 34 hour reset every weekend. If by chance, there is a Monday delivery, then drivers may need to leave out on a Sunday evening. 1 day paid orientation in Richmond. Private hotel room provided along with breakfast and lunch.
