    Our client located in Denver, CO has an urgent need for a Safety Supervisor. This is a salaried direct hire opportunity. Must be bilingual. Company Profile: Commercial Roofing Safety Supervisor Role: Lead and manage company safety program for commercial roofing operations across multiple job sites. Conduct field safety audits, job hazard assessments, and daily/weekly safety briefings. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and new hire orientations in English and Spanish. Investigate incidents, near misses and equipment damage; document findings and implement corrective actions. Maintain and update OSHA logs, incident reports, safety documentation, and training records. Coordinate workers compensation cases; track claims, modified duty, and return-to-work plans. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, federal, state, and local safety regulations. Support CDL/DOT driver file management and vehicle compliance tracking. Maintain safety program files in Veriforce, ISNetworld, Avetta and customer compliance systems. Attend customer safety meetings and site coordination meetings as required. Organize and update safety policies, manuals, training materials, and field safety procedures. Travel to job sites throughout Colorado; typically day travel with limited overnight stays (1-2 nights/month). Safety Supervisor Background Profile: Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written); able to lead safety training in Spanish (non-negotiable). 2+ years of experience in construction safety, field safety, or EHS coordination (roofing experience preferred). Knowledge of OSHA construction standards, hazard identification, and risk mitigation methods. Experience conducting incident investigations and documenting root cause and corrective actions. Experience leading group training sessions and communicating with field crews. Ability to perform field work including climbing ladders, accessing roofs, and working outdoors. Valid driver's license; ability to travel statewide regularly. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organization and recordkeeping skills; able to maintain compliance files and safety documentation. Experience with Veriforce, ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar contractor safety portals preferred (training provided). OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or similar safety certifications preferred (not required).
