Can't think of any
They allow verbal harassment and bullying.
When those who bully and harass are gone
Be more employee involved.
I showed up and told the manager I hate people and still got hired. What does that tell you?
Absolutely no diversity
When the day is over and I walk out the door
McDonald's pays more.
If the Logistics Manager position salary is $65k then put it in the ads for the position. Don't let it be misstated and inflated into a lie with a range of $80k-104k. It is misleading and false advertising. Own the actual salaries. Be proud of them or raise them up because they should be in the 80-100 range.
don't lie and mislead people with false over inflated salaries for positions that you hire for.
compensation is 20k too low. compensation is 20k too low. compensation is 20k too low.
Micro management
Executives and upper management don't seem to have any concerns for part-time, full-time or department management. If there are any increases, they're pittance.
The discount
There weren't any!!!
Nothing
It is basically shame driven!
I have many years of business experience. Worked PT during the COVID lockdown. Used my business knowledge.
Extremely low compared to other retail chains.
It was not very diverse.
Nothing!
Everything. The managers do not care about your personal wellbeing at all. They do not care about their employees they are only worried about meeting their goals. Management is absolutely terrible.
The relationships you get with coworkers (not managers).
Discount.

Manager and front desk people hounding us to get more credit card applications
20% off

Plymouth service counter yells orders to cashiers , very unprofessional. Then I am yelled at from counter several times a day to get more credit apps. One customer yelled back , don’t you make enough on your markup that you don’t need to harass me and the workers about credit apps. Shut up and let her do her job.
Putting in my two weeks notice , I have had it . The only people who stay here are those who must work and many of them are working two jobs to get by.
Close to where I live
the environment (front desk always calling out orders / instructions across the room. When cashier calls for help, change or has a question we wait 1-3 hours for help. (that's nuts). and if i walk up to counter to ask for help I' m yelled at and told to stay at register and us call. I care about my customers and want to help them but I don't have change to give them. I have shared this frustration with a friend and they sugget I turn off my light, stay in my station as told and sooner or later someone will realize you cannot work without change to give the customer. .
20% discount sounds good. Prior to working here I shopped here two - three times a week, but now I hate being here and have shopped once in 6 months. Fleet gained an employee but lost my family as a customer. And I would bet i am not the only one. Suggest VP look at retention and pause...WHY? Do you have exit interviews? Do you act on the feedback? most likely whatever your doing is failing. and maybe that's ok, just get the credit app and offend 90% of your customers...
