Responsibilities: As a Receiving & Fulfillment Lead, you will work in our Chicago Distribution Center receiving, unpacking, counting and storing footwear. In addition, you will be responsible for e-commerce fulfillment, picking and packing shipments for a daily pick-up. You take pride in accuracy, organization and will work to ensure shipments are sent in a timely manner and receiving and shelving are done accurately. You will partner with other Fulfillment Leads and managers to maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment. Other responsibilities include: * Unload and load delivery truck(s) * Manage and monitor daily carrier pick-up (FEDEX and UPS) * Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions * Work schedule will be based upon the demands of the business.
