About the role
As a Strategic Account Executive at Flex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence within the rental real estate sector. This senior-level sales position is responsible for engaging and closing high-value enterprise accounts, developing long-term strategic partnerships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise sales, a history of exceeding revenue targets, and experience managing complex sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
What you'll do
Identify, target, and engage key enterprise accounts within the rental real estate industry to drive revenue growth.
Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, closing, and contract execution.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, property management firms, and key decision-makers.
Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Flex's solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless sales process and client onboarding.
Manage a strategic sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and accurately forecast revenue.
Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to maximize adoption and engagement.
Consistently exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Key qualifications
8+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS industries.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and driving substantial revenue growth.
Strong ability to build and nurture executive-level relationships within enterprise accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience leveraging various outbound prospecting channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role. The OTE range will be $194,000-$244,000,

About the Role
Flex is seeking to hire an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to assist with end-to-end recruiting, with a primary focus on our Engineering and Product teams. We anticipate about 40 hours of recruiting work a week for up to 6 months, with the possibility of extension/conversion should the need arise.
What You'll Do
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned technical (engineering) and product roles.
Work in Greenhouse to maintain a tidy pipeline of both inbound and sourced candidates.
Meet weekly with your hiring managers or fellow talent partners to discuss the hiring process, candidate pipelines, and role requirements.
Phone interview candidates to assess their technical and/or product skills against the requirements of open positions.
Schedule subsequent interviews with the hiring manager and interview panels.
Create and deliver offers using Greenhouse software.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring for engineering and/or product roles.
Must be proficient in working with Greenhouse software.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using Slack and G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar) would be ideal.
The national pay range for this role is $60 hourly. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.

Demonstrated experience working with electrical power distribution systems, power monitoring systems, AC/DC electrical power, and the use of communication protocols. Three to five years' experience in the design of low voltage switchgear assemblies/systems and/or power distribution equipment is preferred.

What You'll Do

Strategic Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Develop, prioritize, and rigorously manage a robust pipeline of high-value, complex opportunities with a strong sense of urgency, converting prospects into marquee accounts.
Executive Relationship Building: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to C-level executives (CEOs, CPOs, Heads of Partnership/Strategy) at prospective partner organizations, deeply understanding their strategic priorities and expertly positioning Flex's transformative solutions.
Lead Complex Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and optimize legal and economic terms within term sheets and partnership agreements.
Product & GTM Contribution: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to identify and incorporate critical market feedback, influencing product development, pricing strategies, and positioning to enhance our embedded GTM offering and competitive advantage.
End-to-End Partnership Launch: Lead partnerships from signed agreement through technical deployment and successful go-live in partnership with product and technical teams, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing partner value.
Key Qualifications
10+ years of experience, in strategic partnership and/or enterprise sales within high-growth FinTech environments, with a demonstrated focus on new market entry and zero-to-one product adoption.
Proven track record of defining and executing growth strategies and new markets, consistently sourcing and closing company-defining, first-of-kind opportunities with senior decision-makers for Payments/FinTech solutions, especially those involving buy now, pay later (BNPL) programs.
Demonstrated ability to close deals in new markets with new product/service offerings
Expert in influencing executive-level stakeholders: Exceptional communication, influencing, and complex negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to operate confidently and effectively at the highest levels of partner organizations.
Strategic Vision & Execution: Possess deep strategic thinking capabilities coupled with a strong bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration, and adept at pivoting strategies as market dynamics evolve.

About The Job
Flex is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer who will be responsible for implementing the various backend systems that support all business features.
In this role, you will be part of the backend engineer team, responsible for the services and integrations that power our products, such as Payment, Billing, Identity, partner integration, etc. You'll be designing, developing, testing, and scaling systems needed to deliver great user and partner experiences.
You'll work closely with your product, design and engineering peers to solve our users' most pressing problems around rent payment.
