Both shifts are provided two timed breaks and a 30-minute timed lunch that is built into the schedule. Steel toe shoes and safety vests are required on the warehouse floor for your protection. As part of this team, you will be sorting loose cartons of auto parts by label, sorted cartons, cages, gaylords, loose parts and staging them in area-specific lanes, with scanning integrated into our loading process. We prioritize your safety with monthly safety ergonomic training, and we enforce a 7-point attendance policy to ensure reliability and accountability.
Job Responsibilities:
• Fast paced and physically demanding

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble and install racking according to the warehouse layout.
Disassemble old racking; sort, bind and store by dimensions.
Move and make changes to existing racking.
Measure, outline and paint truck and farm area according to layout.
Move product to new racking, according to new layout charting.
Install signs and labels in bins, dock doors, etc.
Responsible for unloading semi-trailers and/or assisting the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks.
Use equipment and tools provided daily accurately and safely to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products.
Tires/products should be in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed.

Responsible for handling all types of materials coming in and going out, within or near plant, yard, or work site; performs a combination of duties such as, receiving from tracks, manually handling items by operating fork lift, Hi-Lo, cart or hand truck, verifies data, and quantities, weights, secures loads, distributes and assure that material handling is being done accordingly to the necessary documentation or instruction including but not limited to work order, verbal instructions or other form of instruction. The Forklift Order Puller/Picker also ensures that materials are placed in their proper locations and are available for use where they are needed. Enter data in the company ERP system as required.
In the performance of duties, the Forklift Order Puller/Picker must observe all safety and operational procedures, including maintaining all required paperwork, safety logs, preventive maintenance logs and checklist to meet quality and delivery expectations.
The material handler must require help from coworkers when handling heavier items since Load pallets and skids may be up to 35 feet long and weigh up a minimum of 35lbs.
Material Handling skills required are universal; from time to time a material handler may be assigned to another area to perform the same essential duties. Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late including weekends from time to time.

* Third Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (8 hours per day/5days a week)
Position Summary:
Responsible for handling all types of materials coming in and going out, within or near plant, yard, or work site; performs a combination of duties such as, receiving from tracks, manually handling items by operating fork lift, Hi-Lo, cart or hand truck, verifies data, and quantities, weights, secures loads, distributes and assure that material handling is being done accordingly to the necessary documentation or instruction including but not limited to work order, verbal instructions or other form of instruction. The Forklift Order Puller/Picker also ensures that materials are placed in their proper locations and are available for use where they are needed. Enter data in the company ERP system as required.
In the performance of duties, the Forklift Order Puller/Picker must observe all safety and operational procedures, including maintaining all required paperwork, safety logs, preventive maintenance logs and checklist to meet quality and delivery expectations.
The material handler must require help from coworkers when handling heavier items since Load pallets and skids may be up to 35 feet long and weigh up a minimum of 35lbs.
Material Handling skills required are universal; from time to time a material handler may be assigned to another area to perform the same essential duties. Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late including weekends from time to time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handles materials by operating box truck as required, forklift, hi-lo, cart, handtruck or manually observing operational, safety procedures and company policies
* Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, from and onto or to trucks and/or, onto or from pallets, trays, racks or shelves, performing any combination of following duties: Reads work order and related production/material documents including schedules or follows verbal instructions or other form of instruction to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
* Receives and stages inbound materials in the "inbound staging area" Verify packing and the packing list against the product received for: Quantity, Quality and ZSi PO
* Reports discrepancies found with the inbound shipment to the Supply Chain Manager
* Enter data into company ERP system (Macola) including but not limited to the exact quantity received for any quantity discrepancy
* Moves the product from the staging area to the designated storage location as indicated in
Macola on the item master

Load and unload delivery trucks - Lifting products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 50 pounds.
Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) in a safe manner and maintain an operator license, if required.
Perform periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial / housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock and area surrounding building; keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms and assisting in daily closing down of warehouse
Prioritize and pick materials for order fulfillment, staging them for loading.

Overview:
This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is a member of the company's warehouse team. This position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:06 PM with occasional overtime as needed. This person is responsible for safely performing tasks and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job duties, while complying with all warehouse practices and procedures. Qualified candidates must have an excellent safety and clean driving record, a valid driver's license, strong verbal and written communications skills, computer literacy, working knowledge of logistics, be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
Primary Duties:
Work with others in a positive and constructive manner.
Inspect all inbound and outbound shipments for damage.
Ensure all trailers inbound and outbound pass inspection.
Complete required forms
Load and unload trailers in a safe timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of shipping paperwork.
Assist in and complete daily, monthly, and yearly inventories.
Assist in training team members.
Assist in putting up all night stock.
Ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed all quality requirements.
Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards, policies, and procedures.
Follow all safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years' warehousing experience preferred.
Must complete PPI's Forklift Certification program within 90 days of employment.
A demonstrated ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language.
Operate equipment as indicated above.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to learn and use different computer software programs.
Must have a strong working knowledge of logistics.
