Flex Technology Group CEO and leadership

Karen Roscher joined Flex Technology Group as Chief Financial Officer in February 2020. She brings extensive financial, operational, and strategic experience to the executive management team. This, combined with her proven record of scaling high-growth companies, will be a huge asset to FTG as the company continues to grow both organically and through M&A.

Roscher joins FTG from Bibliotheca Group, a global library systems and solution provider, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Roscher was Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Lantiq, a fabless semiconductor firm focused on wireline communication. Prior to that, she held Cheif Financial Officer roles at Welch Allyn, a global medical device manufacturer, and Conexant Systems, fabless semiconductor firm focused on telecommunications.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University and later went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration, also from Arizona State University. Roscher is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

With over 15 years experience building and developing high performing teams, I have used a degree in Applied Computer Science and an MBA to grow my career from technology expert to business leader. I have led teams in building eCommerce platforms, cloud infrastructure, security programs, and mobile apps.
