Job Duties and Responsibilities
Department Management:
Lead and manage legal department operations, including strategic planning, process improvement, and performance metrics
Act as thought partner and execution lead to the General Counsel
Serve as a primary administrator for the legal technology platform, overseeing user access, system configuration, and data integrity
Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, site collections, and subsites, ensuring optimal organization and usability
Develop and maintain department policies, procedures, and knowledge management systems
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support change management efforts within the legal department
Manage administrative aspects of the department, such as staff recruitment and onboarding, procurement, IT projects, and facilities issues
Supervise and mentor administrative staff
Financial and Vendor Management:
Develop and manage legal department budget reports, including quarterly and semi-annual forecasting
Oversee legal spend management, including invoice review, accruals, and outside counsel rates review
Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance with billing guidelines
Data and Reporting:
Prepare monthly legal status update report for senior leadership in Japan on all active matters
Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and insights
Prepare ad hoc reports
Project and Program Management
Lead or support legal department projects, including technology implementations, compliance initiatives, and process redesign
Train legal team on new technology, processes, and procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., IS, HR, Accounting departments) to align legal operations with broader company goals
Execute technical strategies and provide logistical support to events and conferences organized by the legal team
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in legal operations within a corporate legal department or law firm. Project management experience preferred; Experience managing a legal department for a large corporation preferred.
B.S. degree, or equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with working knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong understanding of legal department functions, legal technology tools, and best practices in legal and business operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formula creation (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.), Pivot Tables, and Pivot Charts.
Experience as a SharePoint Administrator, with proficiency in SharePoint Online.
Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 suite, including Microsoft Teams and Power Platform (Power Automate Platform) a plus.
Ability to develop and implement policies and protocols for effective delivery of legal services to Sumitomo Electric Group companies in the Americas.
Experience with legal spend management, vendor management, and legal technology platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 annually. Compensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $95500 - $177300 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Visits SEWS' manufacturing plants at planned stages of the project to review harness quality and workability and to explain harness critical points to manufacturing members.
Visits Toyota's manufacturing plants through the customer's RE (Resident Engineer) program to investigate quality and workability problems in the vehicle and apply effective countermeasures.
Understands design quality controls and applies them throughout the harness development process in order to achieve excellent design quality.
Understands project development schedules and follows it in order to reach each milestone in a timely manner.
Responsible for understanding Toyota Standards and design procedures and following them closely throughout the course of assigned projects.
Responsible for understanding SEWS wire harness design standard and applying them to initial harness development and harness evaluations.
Understands harness routing design deeply and familiar with circuitry and component design to support in R & D for next generation Toyota vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience preferably in wire harness design or electrical system design and/or at minimum general automotive design.
Applicant to be able to oversee up to 5 engineers by checking their work, give technical advice and provide mentorship.
Knowledge of CAD design is strongly desired, specifically use of CATIA software is preferred but not required.
Primary location for work will be on-site at Toyota Technical Center in York Township.
Japanese bilingual capability is desired but not required.

We are seeking an SAP Analyst - Order to Cash (OTC) to join our dynamic SAP S/4HANA team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for the OTC workstream. You'll play a key part in Pentair's multi-year global SAP S/4HANA migration initiative by partnering with business leaders to define requirements, help deploy a standardized global OTC framework across multiple sites and functions, build process documentation, and support change management, all while contributing directly to a large-scale digital transformation. This posting is for one permanent, direct-hire position. External candidates can work 100% remote if you are within a reasonable driving distance of a Pentair facility. You will:
* Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions supporting core OTC processes.
* Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
* Lead and support OTC-related projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for sales order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing, credit management, and inter-company processes.
* Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design seamless end-to-end processes and integrations.
* Lead or contribute to testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
* Provide deep functional expertise and production support for OTC processes, including incident resolution and break-fix solutions.
* Create and maintain essential project documentation, including business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and test scripts.
* Influence OTC process strategy by recommending best practices and innovative solutions that align with enterprise goals.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Key Qualifications:
* Have earned a bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Have 8+ years of professional experience in related fields, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes.
* Minimum three full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, with direct involvement in OTC process design and deployment.
* Experience working in Agile environments and with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum, ADO, Kanban).
* Strong knowledge of sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, Credit Management, EDI, and integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
* Proficient in configuration and testing of SAP S/4HANA OTC modules.
* Experience developing functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* SAP certification in SD, S/4HANA, or related modules (preferred).
