Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA) strongly preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

Deep expertise in employment law and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to lead cultural transformation and drive employee engagement.
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.
Pay Transparency Information:
At FlexCare Medical Staffing, we believe that pay transparency is essential for building trust and supporting a culture of fairness and accountability. To reinforce this commitment, we provide a clear range for each role's potential compensation, which includes both base salary and variable incentives.
For this role, the estimated annual compensation is between $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD, with the final compensation amount determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, role requirements, and location. Where applicable, the variable incentive component has a target amount, though the final payout is linked to both individual and company performance.

Responsibilities
Position is in the Intensive Care Unit of an acute care hospital
8-bed ICU with primary focus on medical ICU patients
Ratios are typically 1:1-2 for patient assignments
Responsibilities include care for patients on telemetry and ventilators
Cerner is the EMR system used for all charting
12-hour night shifts with every other weekend required
First to float to MedSurg unit and sister facilities in the region
Charge nurse on duty, usually not assigned patients but may provide break relief
Nurse aides available based on census and staffing needs
Hospitalist or intensivist in house; 24/7 RT and pharmacy available
Bedside reporting at start of shift
Staff expected to float first to MedSurg at home hospital and to sister facilities as necessary
Orientation includes 1-2 days on the floor with a preceptor

Scrub color required is navy; undershirts may be navy, white, or black, and scrub jackets must be navy

Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an active CA RN license, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation certification.
Responsibilities
Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
Work schedule is 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
13-week assignment duration
Utilizes Epic EMR
Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and recovery
Support high-risk OB cases as needed
Team structure includes collaboration with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and other support staff
Position requires compliance with hospital dress code and vaccination requirements
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
Per policy, travelers may not exceed two years of employment without a 90-day break
Requirements
Active California RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time Labor & Delivery experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
Preferred qualifications include a BSN and five or more years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
High-risk OB experience within the last two years preferred
All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration
