You'll work closely with global finance and commercial leaders to discover, deliver, and embed data-driven initiatives that optimise revenue, maximise investment returns, and minimise costs. This is an analytically focused role that continuously seeks opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis
* Provide monthly performance reporting and value-added analysis to enable informed business decisions
* Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for key risk areas to support the financial accounting team
* Monitor and analyse contract performance across call centre channels and outsourced finance partners
* Manage reporting on store network investments, providing key findings and recommendations
* Track and report on trading performance, including monitoring KPIs and targets
* Conduct analysis and reporting on People, Culture, and remuneration metrics
* Deliver insights, analysis, and recommendations on cash holdings
Ad Hoc Commercial Support
* Identify, implement, and monitor risks and action plans to realise commercial benefits for the ecommerce channel and broader global initiatives
* Extract, transform, and interpret data to create insights through analytics and modelling
* Continuously identify and deliver value-add projects that support growth and efficiency
* Review key contract terms and conditions to ensure opportunities are maximised
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Business or a relevant tertiary qualification
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar analytical or reporting role
* Strong proficiency in SQL for accessing shared datasets or datamarts, with experience in Power BI and Excel
* Proven ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
* Commercially minded with the ability to think strategically and proactively
* Experience in Power Query or Data Brick within Excel to manipulate, transform, and present data
* High level of ownership, attention to detail, and accountability
* Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex information simply
* Excellent time management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in high-volume transactional environments is advantageous but not essential
