You will handle reservation inquiries, support travel industry partners, and ensure every guest interaction reflectsour commitment to personalized service and operational excellence. **Job Descriptions:** + Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr + Employment Type: Year Round + Shift Type: Full Time hours available + Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age + Housing Availability: Yes **Job Responsibilities:** **Reservation & Sales Management** + Sell the resort experience by providing detailed information to prospective guests and travel partners. + Capture sales from incoming calls, emails, and chats, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. + Manage and respond to guest communications via phone, email, text and live chat platforms. + Coordinate reservation details to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless arrival experiences. + Support the Travel Industry team with wholesale and leisure reservation needs. + Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and upsell opportunities. **Guest Service Excellence** + Welcome and acknowledge guests according to Kindred standards; anticipate and address service needs. + Accommodate and document special requests, ensuring they are communicated to relevant departments. + Answer questions regarding resort facilities, services, and accommodations. + Assist individuals with disabilities and ensure all guests feel genuinely appreciated. **Operational Standards** + Input and access data in the reservation system with accuracy and attention to detail. + Indicate special reservation types (e.g., complimentary, employee discount, travel agent rates) using correct codes and rate structures. + Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. + Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional. + Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns or service recovery situations. **Team Collaboration** + Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. + Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment. + Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members. + Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance service delivery. **Job Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED + 2 years' experience providing exceptional guest service + 1 year experience selling directly to customers via voice + Excellent computer proficiency, including quickly and efficiently navigating and toggling between multiple screens, talking and typing simultaneously, and troubleshooting basic computer issues + Experience working in multiple systems required + Strong communication and active listening skills, including speaking, reading, and writing fluently in English to establish and maintain relationships with guests + Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills required + Excellent and unwavering guest service skills with a warm, professional demeanor + Ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and guest interactions + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment + OPERA cloud property management system experience is a plus + Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus + Vacation planning experience a plus The expected Total Compensation for this role is $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr.
