As a Thermal Engineer you will be responsible for performing preliminary and detailed thermal analysis of missile components, subsystems and integrated systems. The thermal analyst will perform comprehensive modelling of the entire missile including ground systems throughout the entire lifecycle of the system using standardized processes and tools (NX, SindaFluent, Thermal Desktop, etc.). Other related responsibilities include:
•Providing technical memos and recommendations to data packages to support peer and customer reviews
•Presenting resultant analysis data to the design/engineering team, customer technical representatives, and Program Office personnel at technical exchange meetings and formal design reviews

We're currently seeking a dedicated Section Head - Blood Bank (MT) to join our Laboratory Department at our Ontario location.
Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Laboratory Director or Manager provides laboratory services to meet the needs of patients performed in accordance with accepted standards and practices. Directs, supervises, and coordinates functions and activities in any or all divisions of the clinical Laboratory as designated. Performs a wide variety of routine and special laboratory procedures for use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Responsible for receiving blood specimens, performing blood tests and studies the morphology of the components of blood. Maintains limited microbiology duties at the satellite campuses.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology, or Associate Degree or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited college.
Four years technical experience with at least one year working in blood bank.
Preferred:
National certification by one of the following: American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT).
Previous supervisory or management experience.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry, or related science.
