Pros of working at FlightSafety International

Paycheck and benefits

Cons of working at FlightSafety International

Management and leadership are the worst. Unqualified, uneducated, unskilled. If they feel you are a threat to them, they will remove you. If they do not like answers to the questions you provide, you are blacklisted. They promote the weakest and drive the strong performers out. It's only a matter of time before they cause this company to fail. Already losing Clients to competitors...and more will follow.

FlightSafety International benefits

Watching leadership fail time after time.

What do you like best about FlightSafety International's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. There is no value, no skill, no talent at all at that level. They rule by fear and gaslighting. All disgusting.

How would you improve FlightSafety International's culture?

Get rid of every single person in a leadership role and put people in there who know what they are doing. People who CARE about the company and not their own power-hungry dictatorship.

How did you prepare for the FlightSafety International interview?

I didn't. Hired on the spot.

How does your compensation at FlightSafety International compare to the industry average?

Sucks. You can make more money anywhere else in your field.

What's the diversity at FlightSafety International like?

Sucks. Majority of instructors? Old white men. Majority of those in customer service? Women.

What brings you the most joy at FlightSafety International?

Hearing the BS that comes out of leadership and manager's mouths as they lie directly to your face.
