Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Information Systems, Business, Finance preferred); MIS or MBA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in program and project leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex, global initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive change across diverse functions and geographies. Expertise in large-scale technology and business transformation programs involving Finance and enterprise functions. Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies and tools. Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices. PMP certification is preferred. Familiarity with core Finance processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Forecast-to-Delivery, and Hire-to-Retire is a plus.
