The Role

About You
Proven experience managing large-scale capital or infrastructure programs in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
Deep understanding of engineering project management, greenfield and brownfield construction, automation, and/or logistics network expansion.
Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic goals into executable projects with measurable outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills-comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline (PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded).
