The Automotive Customer Support Inspections will be responsible for incremental business growth for their assigned targeted areas. The Automotive Customer Support Inspections will manage assigned customer relationships for Manheim Express customers with the goal of providing a personalized experience. Duties: General office clerical, data entry, manipulating spreadsheets. Creating Word documents as necessary, mail merge . Utilizing email to pull requests for authorization. They will support the nursing staff as well as medical assistant that approve/authorize all of the medical claims coming in. They will be performing data entry typing up prior authorizations entering them into the database. They will manage the faxes that come into the dept and distribute them appropriately bases on the information that is given on the fax. Some of the faxes will be urgent and they will need to separate these from the rest. The response time on urgent forms is anywhere from 48-72 hours and it is mandatory that they catch these for the team to process. There will be minimal time spent on the phone. Most of the position will be handling the paperwork and updates to the system to ensure that all of their internal databases are up to date and accurate. They will be working within Microsoft Word and Excel daily as well as utilizing email. They will be trained on any internal databases that MHP uses. Job Overview
