This company shouldn’t be in business. Old man Flippo that started it was a genius, his third generation not so much.

Nothing! The people with the most shares are in positions they shouldn’t be in. It’s a far cry from any place you would ever want to subject yourself to!
What do you like best about Flippo Construction's CEO and the leadership team?
Nothing, they are all fake. I think the CEO should pay his employees and reimburse them as they state in writing.

They could improve by shutting the doors and going out of business.
How did you prepare for the Flippo Construction interview?
I was myself, honest and as humble as I could be. They however couldn’t even ask questions of relevance because my experience was superior to all of them.

It’s horrible! You take a pay cut because they sell you the “ESOP” Golden Gate Bridge in Arizona. It’s a sham! Stay away!
