:Travel to various branch locations as directed to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union financial needs in a prompt, friendly, efficient manner, both in person and on the phone. Refer members to appropriate Credit Union personnel for services outside the scope of given responsibility.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:



Processes member financial transactions. Identifies cross-sell opportunities for new/existing members to enhance their relationship with the Credit Union. Balances cash and negotiable instrument transactions daily; sells cash to vault to maintain approved cash limit. Posts vault tickets and balances vault under dual control. Resolves member questions and concerns in person and over the phone. Promotes and participates in any branch promotion and/or Credit Union campaigns. Performs other duties as assigned.



Experience:
Six months or more cash handling experience and/or six months or more customer service experience is required. Six months or more teller experience preferred.


Education
: A high school diploma or GED.

:


Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing ability. Excellent time management skills, organization and accustomed to working with deadlines.
