Mims Talton III currently serves as President and CEO of Flogistix, LP a new venture formed in January of 2011. Mr. Talton has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over twenty years primarily in the production optimization field service and equipment manufacturing segments.

Running both public and private companies Mr. Talton has a record of successfully producing results for investors. Companies he has founded and operated include Compressco, Inc., Compressco Testing and Master Meter, LLC. In addition Mr. Talton started and operated Well Link Corporation and Mims Oil Tools both entities focused upon gas well optimization utilizing artificial lift and remote telemetry. He holds a BA from the University of Oklahoma. Married for twenty years to Tiffany and a proud father to Brooks and Lydia.

Jim Merrill brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. His past experience includes serving as the CFO of a small cap exploration and production company, a controller for a property and casualty insurance company, and a public accountant for one of the big four accounting firms. He holds degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant.

Jerred Wilson is Flogistix’s Chief Technology Officer and shares more than 25 years of experience in software, product development and information technology with the company. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Cameron University, he gained extensive skills in web, mobile, voice, artificial intelligence and embedded systems development across multiple industries.
