Base Pay This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. Purpose: As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities will be compiling orders and replenishing and moving merchandise, whether it be on the sales floor or to a customer's vehicle. Participate in the interview process for hiring of new FISs and partner with DEM on recommendations. Provide input into appropriate discipline decisions related to FISs. Provide input to the DEM on performance appraisals of FISs and make recommendations on promotion of associates in his/her area. Base Pay This role has a minimum base pay from $15.24 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. Purpose This position is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by receiving exceptional customer service and product information.
