Purpose: The Connected Customer Supervisor is a Floor & Decor supervisor responsible for managing a dynamic team of customer service associates. This role will oversee the processes relating to cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, e-commerce support, in addition to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Essential Job Functions:
* Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store

* Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines

* Create and maintain store signage and pricing using Tags-On-Demand (TOD) mobile printing station
* Return products to the correct in store location after customer merchandise returns
* Clean and stock products according to Floor & Decor's standards
* Point of contact for e-commerce team members to contact regarding inventory availability in the store
* Responsible for supervising inventory movement within the store
* Available to open and/or close store in an effective manner

General Summary
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory. Utilize all Mango reports and programs along with daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Follow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.
Maintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched.
Maintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments.
Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
Participates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates.
Work with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
Partner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns.
Complete all other inventory functions as assigned by management.

Overview of the Lead, Visual role
The Visual Merchandising Lead (Visual Lead) position will partner with management and District Visual Manager to execute the store's visual merchandizing and display strategy. Assist management in modeling and coaching visual team on routines and disciplines that maximize productivity, achieve visual standards, and keep the store a neighborhood destination for inspiration.
Responsibilities
• Lead visual merchandising and display. Partner with GM/DVM to map, plan and execute floorset timeline targets to drive sales and execute seasonal strategy
• Lead and maintain daily disciplines and routines that maximize efficient execution of markdowns, promotions/signage, replenishment and recovery.
• Collaborates with GM and DVM on adaptations/substitutions from directives to account for stores ownership, layout or customer.

• Partner with GM to assess, recognize and motivate talent.
• Serves as a learning partner and guide during associate onboarding. Facilitates visual training and skill building activities as required for visual team.
