Responsibilities:
Install high-quality vehicle wraps and graphics with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare surfaces and materials for optimal adhesion and finish.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
Maintain equipment and tools to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Conduct quality checks to ensure wraps meet company standards and client expectations.
Assist in the removal and replacement of vehicle wraps as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and service offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in vehicle wrapping or graphic installation preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Knowledge of vinyl materials and installation techniques.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Installer
Olde West Chester, OH
PAYING $17 to $22 HOURLY with OVERTIME & BENEFITS The Installer will be responsible for site prep work, simple carpentry work, as well as the installation of all GDI product lines. The Installer may assist with the training, planning, assigning, and directing of work for the Apprentice in accordance with GDI's policies and installation practices.
Advancement to Installer may be offered as openings are available due to branch need. This will also be determined by a number of factors such as overall job knowledge, skill level, quality of performance, adherence to all company policies and procedures, safety, and attendance.
Responsibilities
1. As a representative of the company the Installer is responsible for the behavior and performance of the crew, and will be evaluated on customer feedback include online reviews.2. Review work jacket with supervisor3. Review and confirm accuracy of breakout in accordance with customer contract4. Perform site prep which includes any work needed to modify the existing structure.5. Carpentry work can include deck modifications, dormer installation, overhang cutoffs, wood knee wall builds, wall alterations, floor and ridge plates, and finish carpentry work.6. Simple and complex decks7. Demolition
8. Layout and cut all materials to install the job9. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work site10. Install All View, ComfortView, and Solarium products11. Ability to complete basic carpentry duties such as dormer attachment, fascia removal, standard fascia attachment, etc. Able to build simple decks as well as demolition of old rooms.12. Performs service work13. Collect necessary stage payments from customer when applicable14. May be responsible for set up, take down, and repair of displays used for various outside marketing events
15. Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
The Installer must complete the Apprentice Development Program and have a minimum of 3-6 months of in the field training prior to promotion.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:1. Post Installation customer service survey, top score 90% or better2. Online reviews, 10% of jobs installed3. Responsible for crew efficiency in accordance with GDI guidelines

What do our Installers do?
Our Installers will prepare, load, deliver, and install several deliveries to our clients. They also:
* Complete occasional warehouse tasks including plant receiving and preparation which includes protecting plants and containers for delivery
* Load service vehicle and exercise care in delivering plants and hardgoods to customer sites
* Schedule delivery details/arrangements as required by the client and deliver replacement materials to customer sites as required
* Regularly drive a delivery type van/truck in urban and rural settings
* Maintain plants and hardware components of living green walls at various heights
* Plant containers, vases, and planter beds with a wide variety of plants
* Prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. during installation service
* Deliver and install scenting and air purification equipment as necessary
* Be available for occasional 'after-hour' project work (for example early access to some customer sites like shopping malls for large tree delivery or replacement)
* Some outdoor/exterior work will be required
* Assist on holiday decoration installations decorating the interior and exterior of buildings with a team
* Assist on the removal of holiday decorations as needed at the end of the season
What do you need?
* Experience caring for plants is preferred
* Experience interacting with clients
* Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
* Able to safely climb ladders and work on ladders up to 12 ft
* Lift certification is a plus
* Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects
* Experience using drills, saws, and other power tools
* Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence

Base Pay Range
Hourly: $18.00 - $27.00
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
