What Does A Floor Manager Do At Ernest Loves Agnes

* Create several daily and weekly documents for use in service, including menus, floor plans, and guest lists. -review all reservations and maintain special notes for guests in open table
* Assist with ticket sales and overall administrative management
* Take on and identify new projects to improve and develop the restaurant as a whole
* Conduct a daily manager s meeting detailing all important notes/changes for the evening
* Know every guest to the best degree possible, and predict their needs before they have to ask
