The Slot Floor person/Attendant is responsible for quickly and accurately performing fills and jackpots on machines, as well as minor repairs. A Slot Floor person/Attendant walks the casino floor, making themselves available to assist customers and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.

Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to surprise and delight guests. Technical Proficiency:
Corrects minor machine malfunctions including coin jams, printer errors, bill validators, slot light repairs. Participates in slot machine upgrades and implementing new initiatives.
