7. ESOPH Background -You will be sent a link to sign in, answer questions and upload any documents required. You have seven (7) days to complete.
8. Background Review - Once your background information has been reviewed and all required criteria have been met, you may be scheduled for a final background review.
9. Command Review -Once your background check is complete, our command staff will review it. Upon approval, you may be invited to a Command Interview.
10. Command Interview -You will meet and talk with the Command Staff. Upon approval, you will be extended a conditional offer of employment. At this time, you will also be scheduled for a psych evaluation and medical review.
11. Conditional Offer - Once you have passed all steps, you may be extended a conditional offer of employment. At this time, you will also be scheduled for a polygraph and medical review.
12. Medical, Psychological, and Polygraph Appointments - In order to proceed in the hiring process, you will need to successfully complete a psychological evaluation, polygraph test and a medical exam.

Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
* Implementing new systems and its security provisioning.
* Maintain systems and their security provisioning according to QCUSD and Department standards.
* Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
* Response in a timely manner to Directors, Executive Directors, and Cabinet members regarding systems integration, security provisioning items, and systems performance issues.
* Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
* Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
* Responsible, and main point of contact, for all integration between programs and data with multiple vendors (Synergy, Google, Clever, iVisions, Visions, TalentEd, etc.)
* Assist with and oversee any IT Department needs regarding data integration and SIS efforts.

Collaborate with the Employment/Rehabilitation Services Department to ensure the vocational and rehabilitation services IGA is implemented at the direct service level.
Utilize psychiatric rehabilitation best practices to assess consumers' needs including living, learning, meaningful community activities paid/unpaid, create volunteer opportunities to assist consumers in reaching their desired goals.
Assesses, documents and provides the appropriate level of support and skill needed to assist consumers with pursuing and/or maintaining their living, learning, working and social leisure goals.
Provides continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment through the ongoing assessment of the consumer, input from the consumer and relevant others, resulting in modification to the service plan as necessary.
Work cooperatively with RSA staff, vocational and rehabilitation providers, and other stakeholders to ensure preferred and most effective services are provided to consumers.
Educates team members as the subject matter expert regarding rehabilitation and vocationally-related issues, and provides ongoing technical training and support to the team as requested or indicated, including updates on available community resources, how to utilize the services of RSA VR Counselors and rehabilitation and employment providers.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate documentation is completed for each consumer including treatment plan recommendations, readiness assessments, progress or staffing reports, referrals to VR or providers, coordination sheets, etc. Ensure documentation is filed in appropriate section of charts.
Responsible for completing all required tracking and data collection reports as requested/required by Employment and Rehabilitation Services Department or ICS clinical management.
Educates team members of the importance of vocational/rehabilitation services and meaningful activities. Provides updates/information from quarterly Vocational Rehabilitation meetings to staff.
Other duties as assigned, to include training and/or mentoring new rehabilitation specialist staff.
