Responsibilities Job Summary The Building Systems Technician is responsible for the daily operation, preventative and corrective maintenance on system-wide power plant and HVAC equipment such as but not limited to chillers, boilers, pumps, generators, fire alarms, pneumatic tube systems and sprinkler systems.
