Maintain accurate meeting notes, pipeline, forecast, quarterly business reviews, mutual action close plans and MEDDIC reviews.
Upon securing new accounts, design an overall strategy to drive the growth of the account by implementing SiteLink on all future studies.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator to join our Care Support team. The Medical Records Coordinator will be focused on records processing, including but not limited to sending out patient authorization forms, retrieving medical files, and facilitating form completion from members and providers. The AI Engineer on the IT Systems Engineering team will design, build, and maintain internal AI solutions that power Spring Health's next generation of productivity and automation. Design, build, and maintain internal AI solutions

What You'll be Doing:
Lead and develop the Revenue Integrity team, overseeing payment posting, refunds, adjustments, and reconciliation activities.
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of payments across bank accounts, accounting systems, and billing platforms.
Partner with Finance to manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and reporting deliverables.
Maintain and validate customer rate cards in alignment with payer contracts to ensure accurate billing.

What You'll Bring:
7+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, accounting, or related fields within a high-growth or healthcare organization

EAP Management Consultation is a unique and exciting opportunity within Spring Health high quality consultations regarding workplace concerns to account human resource representatives, management, and employees. This role will report to the Spring Health Clinical Manager.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinate critical incident response requests
Provide management consultation that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness from the hours of 12p-8p ET, but you may sit out of any time zone.
Complete management referral intakes according to established guidelines; assure appropriate placement of management referred employees; provide guidance regarding EAP protocols to counselors working with employees.

We are looking for a Federal Sales Director to join our team and help maximize a massive market opportunity. There is so much potential to provide mental health services to members of the nation's federal government agencies and we're looking for someone passionate to help us capture it. This is a full-time remote position on our team reporting to the VP Sales, Public Sector. This role may require occasional travel.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Spring Health's mental health services to federal entities.
Identify and prioritize target agencies, departments, and opportunities within the federal government.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, agency leaders, and decision-makers.
Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and promote Spring Health's services.
Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to securing federal contracts, ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
Note: this role may also hold a small geography for our SLED portfolio, given the pace of significant federal opportunities.

What we expect from you:
10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a federal sales role.
Proven track record in sales, particularly in securing government contracts and partnerships.
Strong understanding of government processes, regulations, and legislative dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health
Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales
Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability with change
Emotional intelligence and an empathetic nature
The target base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits and variable pay. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
