What You'll Bring to The Team:
At Florence, we're passionate about innovating the clinical trial process through improved Site Enablement to accelerate cures. As a Director, Strategic Accounts, you will:
Establish a working knowledge of Florence's SiteLink solution and the value proposition it provides to both Sponsors and CROs.
Have a proven track record of sales excellence and high performance in selling innovation to new global large pharma and CRO strategic accounts.
Achieve your annual bookings target by building and maintaining a 3X pipeline in Salesforce.
Prospect and secure meetings with key stakeholders in the assigned portfolio of top 100 CRO/Sponsor global accounts and be able to confidently engage them in a discovery process to understand their highest priority business challenges in clinical operations.
Establish relationships with Director, VP and SVP level execs across departments in clinical operations, innovation, drug development, procurement and information management.
Motivate operational change at your clients through ROI models, current/state future state maps and case studies.
Maintain accurate meeting notes, pipeline, forecast, quarterly business reviews, mutual action close plans and MEDDIC reviews.
Upon securing new accounts, design an overall strategy to drive the growth of the account by implementing SiteLink on all future studies.
Partner with Florence's Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Development and other functional teams internally to manage flawless delivery and scale the business through high customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Associate to join our Specialty Care team. This team is responsible for building out new programs to support our highest acuity members. The Senior Operations Associate, Specialty Care role will be responsible for supporting new initiatives to grow the program and for driving our existing programs to scale. Salary information
The target base salary for this role is $64,000-$70,000, depending on location. In addition to a competitive total rewards package, including full benefits, the role includes opportunities for bonuses.Total compensation typically ranges from $76,000-$82,000 for clinicians maintaining a full caseload, with the potential to exceed this range for those who take on additional sessions.

We are looking for a Senior Network Operations Manager to join our Specialty Care team. This team is responsible for building out new programs to support our highest acuity members. In this role, you will lead and enhance provider network operations for our Specialty Care teams, ensuring the highest standards in provider vetting for our programs.
You'll work cross-functionally with Clinical and Provider Operations to create processes and improve how we evaluate, onboard, and operationalize providers. You'll also help drive efficiency and scalability for our clinical team by improving workflows, creating tools, and leveraging data to inform decisions. You'll report into the Director of Operations, Specialty Care. This is a full time, remote position on our team reporting to the Director of Operations, Specialty Care. Occasional travel may be required for in-person team events.
What you'll be doing:
Provider Vetting & Network Operations
* Build and maintain an internal provider vetting framework in partnership with Provider Operations and Clinical teams
* Define and document vetting criteria and workflows, integrating feedback loops from internal stakeholders and clinical partners
* Manage and execute the provider vetting process across multiple specialties, ensuring a consistent, high-quality standard for all Specialty Care providers
Workflow Optimization & Efficiency
* Collaborate with internal Clinical teams to design and document SOPs for providers
* Identify opportunities to support referrals through AI-based tools or workflow automation, improving efficiency and consistency
* Serve as an operational lead to troubleshoot and evolve internal referral pathways for high-acuity member needs
* Track and analyze key metrics to inform process improvements and support clinical team performance
Capacity Planning & Scalability
* Forecast provider network needs based on referral volume and member demand
* Partner with internal teams to identify gaps in provider capacity and prioritize vetting efforts accordingly
* Support the design of scalable systems and processes that align network growth with demand

What we expect from you:

EAP Management Consultation is a unique and exciting opportunity within Spring Health high quality consultations regarding workplace concerns to account human resource representatives, management, and employees. This role will report to the Spring Health Clinical Manager.
This is a 9 month temporary position with the potential to transition to a full-time, benefits-eligible role based on performance and business needs.
What you'll be doing:
Provide management consultation that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness from the hours of 8am-4pm EST, but you may sit out of any time zone.
Coordinate critical incident response requests
Deliver virtual critical incident response requests
Complete management referral intakes according to established guidelines; assure appropriate placement of management referred employees; provide guidance regarding EAP protocols to counselors working with employees.
Complete daily shifts on an incoming queue and meet speed to answer service level agreement requirements.
Provide follow-up to monitor employee compliance and feedback to supervisors, HR/Managers.

As Manager, Payer Integrations, you will oversee Spring Health's payer integration portfolio-owning performance for the CSN book of business, leading a growing team of Payer Integration Managers, and driving high-quality, on-time integrations with health plans and TPAs. Reporting to the Team Lead, Care Support, the Complaints & Grievances Coordinator - Temp will ensure timely, empathetic, and compliant resolution of member concerns. This role is part of the Care Support team and plays a critical role in the member complaint resolution process across Billing, Clinical, and Quality teams. We are looking for a Senior Network Operations Manager to join our Specialty Care team. This team is responsible for building out new programs to support our highest acuity members. The Senior Clinical Program Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing Spring Health's leadership in responsible and ethical AI innovation for mental health. This role combines clinical expertise, stakeholder facilitation, and an understanding of AI systems to guide the work of the AI Safety & Ethics in Mental Health Council and ensure that AI product development is grounded in clinical integrity, safety, and compassion.
This role will reside in our Clinical Product team under the Chief Medical Officer and collaborate across Clinical, Product, Research, and Legal/Compliance teams to build and implement the processes, reviews, and structures that support the rapid and responsible development of AI tools for mental health. This is a full-time, fully remote position and occasional travel may be required for team or company events.
What you'll do: AI Safety & Ethics Council Leadership
Program manage the AI Safety & Ethics in Mental Health Council, including meeting facilitation, agenda planning, documentation, and implementation of recommendations.
Partner with executive sponsors and Council members to ensure a rapid feedback loop for the development of VERA-MH, the first open-source benchmark for safe and ethical AI for mental health use cases.
Clinical Oversight & Product Collaboration
Serve as the clinical representative in AI product development, helping teams design and evaluate models and features that are safe, clinically appropriate, and patient-centered.
Review and assess AI use cases, prototypes, and outputs for clinical accuracy, relevance, and potential risk.
Coordinate new product features across the larger clinical product development to ensure a clinically sound, high-quality user experience.
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Clinical teams to evolve clinical quality criteria and review processes for AI-driven tools.
Provide feedback on human-in-the-loop systems, escalation protocols, and mitigation strategies for ensuring safe AI products.
What success looks like in this role:
Strengthen and Scale the AI Safety & Ethics Council's Impact
Create and distribute decks and pre-read materials for quarterly council meetings
Ensure 100% on-time delivery of Council recommendations to the relevant Product and Clinical teams.
Support the development of the Council's go-forward strategy, including working norms, members, comms cadence, etc.
Advance Clinical Validation of AI Products
Contribute to peer-reviewed publications showcasing Spring's leadership in AI safety in mental health.
Build clinical safety tooling to pursue a goal of zero bad AI outcomes
Build AI clinical tooling to hit utilization & safety targets set by the product team
What you'll bring:
5+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare technology, or digital health, with exposure to AI, data science, or product development.
Independently licensed with a masters or doctoral level license in a mental health field (LPC/LMHC, LSW, PhD/PsyD, MD) and demonstrated ability to translate clinical expertise into operational and product guidance.
Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of AI systems, associated risks in healthcare, and best practices for AI safety, fairness, and transparency.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging clinicians, engineers, product managers, and executives.
Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and an ability to balance clinical rigor with practical implementation.
Familiarity with regulatory and ethical frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, APA ethics, FDA's digital health guidance) is a plus.
Experience in mental or behavioral health settings strongly preferred.
The target base salary range for this position is
$172,400 - $190,000
, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant considerations. We review all employee compensation annually using the Radford Global Compensation Database to ensure competitive and fair pay.
