Evaluate existing coverage amounts to determine benefit amounts. 8. Contact agents to clarify and correct any inconsistent information. 9. Maintain effective, professional, and productive agent relationships. 10. Answer calls and emails from agents and research agent questions. 11. Attend training classes to further education and knowledge within the crop insurance industry. 12. Confirm and/or verify policy forms in accordance with RMA guidelines and approve acceptance. 13. Work Policy Acceptance and Storage System (PASS) Errors. 14. Excellent customer service skills with ability to keep customers as the top priority. 15. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 16.
