About the Position:
The Registered Nurse plans, organizes, and directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
One (1) to two (2) years of recent hospice care experience, preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking an Assembler. Our Assemblers primary functions would be drilling and deburring parts to ready for assembly, assembly of component parts including attaching parts together by installing ground studs, attaching nutplates or bonding. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work from and follow process specifications, work orders, blueprints, rework/rejection tags, schedules, schematics, layout & modification sheets, engineering orders and verbal/written instruction.
* Interpret document/instruction (above) to determine sequence and methods to assemble and repair sheet metal products.
* Pull parts from bin; report any shortages to Supervisor.
* Work different gauge/type of sheet metal aluminum according to product specifications.
* Clean components; load component parts onto jig/fixture.
* Drill, ream, rivet, fit, countersink, adjust, finish, and inspect part to ensure that specifications are met.
* Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff, and smooth surfaces.
* call for inspection.
* Work off rework to engineering to eliminate non-conformance.
* Scrutinize every facet of job and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to Supervisor.
* Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES
* High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred. Candidates that do not have a high school diploma or high school equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment to be considered for the role.
* Previous aircraft experience or sheet metal work is preferred.
* Basic mechanical aptitude to put together work instructions and to assemble parts.
* Must be able to effectively communicate with team members on a regular basis.
* Prior experience with blueprints and precision measuring devices a plus.
* Skilled at using a variety of small hand tools.

* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines and EM 385 1-1 on assigned projects.
Create and implement a site-specific Accident Prevention (Safety) Plans for construction, site-specific environmental plans, including coordinating any hazardous materials remediation plans, Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and Work plans.
Develop and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training programs for on- site trades and supervisory personnel.
Implement a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) program that defines and controls the hazards of processes, jobs, and procedures.
Provide project safety orientations and briefs. Conduct weekly job site “toolbox” safety meetings for on-site trades and supervisory personnel.
Conduct daily site safety inspections, including PPE compliance, the condition of small tools, temporary facilities and power, operated equipment, working platforms (including ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts), perimeter fencing and gates, fire extinguishers, etc. Inspect all operated equipment for proper working order.
Conduct regular inspections of stormwater and erosion controls by the approved SWPPP.
Maintain applicable safety reference material on the job site, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and library.
Lead and document near miss and incident investigations performing root cause analysis.
Lead all on-site accident investigations together with the company Safety Officer and Superintendent. Coordinate the investigative efforts of insurance companies, project owners, and regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA).
Oversee crane inspections, ensuring both operator and crane equipment certifications. Ensure load testing of the crane before material hoisting.
Enforce all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Ensure that all personnel have the proper PPE and are instructed in their use.
Ensure that all perimeter security is in place and properly installed, including fencing and gates, barricades, warning and safety signage, traffic control, temporary lighting, etc.
Ensure that on-site solvent and fuel storage is compliant with safety and environmental requirements, including storage in certified storage containers.
Conduct site safety briefings for all on-site trades and supervisory personnel, including new hires.
Ensure sub-contractor compliance with safety and health requirements, including the identification of a safety officer and contact information for each firm.
Ensure that field safety programs and policies are in place to promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.
Works with safety management team to establish short-term and long-term goals and objectives for the Company's Health, Safety, & Environmental programs.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant Store Manager position is critical to our success, providing support to the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership. You'll drive the store's daily performance, inspire a team of employees, and ensure seamless customer service delivery. By managing inventory, enhancing visual merchandising, and executing strategic sales management initiatives, you'll directly contribute to the store's profitability and overall success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
Visual Merchandising: Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' high standards for style and innovation.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to create a seamless shopping experience.
Operations Management: Oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes. Support peak store operations by occasionally lifting and moving boxes (up to 50 lbs.)
Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales goals.
Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
