Political factors leading to the establishment of FCRR in 2002.
Doctor Barbara Foorman was hired in 2006 as the first Eppes Scholar in the College of Education.
In June of 2007, Doctor Foorman became the Director of FCRR in order to insure a smooth transition of leadership before Doctor Torgesen retired.
In the summer of 2008, FCRR moved part of its operations, primarily faculty and graduate student offices, to space in the newly completed Psychology Building.
