Florida Christian School company history timeline

1982

President Cope served for thirty-three years until his retirement in June 1982.

1983

By 1983, RBCS had grown to 44 faculty and 365 students.

1988

In 1988, four local churches took control of the school’s assets and formed the Northwest Florida Christian Education Association (NFCEA), which is still doing business as RBCS today.

2009

H. E. Payne, Jr. was chosen by the Board of Directors to serve as the College’s fifth president effective May 22, 2009.
