LifeGuard - Minimum eligibility for a Lifeguard is 15 years old as of May 15th. All lifeguards MUST have Red Cross LGT certification and must pass a level 2 fingerprint screening (varies by location) as well as a drug screening as part of the hiring process. Ensure the safety of all the guests in the facility by continuously monitoring the pool and surrounding deck to prevent accidents, by observing patron activities and eliminating hazardous situations.
