The Enterprise Architect, Supply Chain reports to the Director of Enterprise Architecture and is responsible for ensuring the technologies, systems and processes developed are consistent across business units and are in line with enterprise technology standards and best practices.

The primary function of the Enterprise Architect, Supply Chain is to work with the procurement, operation and logistics function in understanding the vision and capabilities required to enable the vision of the function, while aligning the vision into the company's overall Enterprise Architecture principles and standards. The role is to provide EA guidance on a solution, application design and integration for the supporting departments across privately held Florida Crystals Corporation, American Sugar Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries (ASR Group). The Enterprise Architect must be self-driven, with strong business process knowledge, analytical skills, excellent communication, and good customer presence.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Functional Enterprise Architect

+ Responsible for working with Functional leaders at solutions that enable future state business capabilities in bimodal capacity

+ Focus on technology disruption, speed, agility, and flexibility that enables and drives new business models and designs, while meeting today's business needs

The Supply Chain Manager COE reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain Services and is responsible for supporting, identifying new ways of working and project manage all global activities for Procurement and Supply Chain Materials Management department. The role will have up to 5 direct reports and will support early-career rotational program(s). The COE (Center of Excellence) will be responsible for standardizing and implementing reporting/metrics capabilities for the department, along with SOP's. This group will also be a second tier support for SAP, Ariba, BW, SAC, Hana, BWP HANA, Supplier Enablement and utilization of PowerBi. This role will support and/or lead team for new project initiatives for Procurement or Materials Management. Under the general guidance of the Director, Direct Materials, the Senior Buyer is responsible for acting as a strategic sourcing and subject matter expert for assigned categories within packaging, ingredients, and/or process chemicals, identifying new sources of supply that can be leveraged and optimized by the business. The Senior Buyer makes sound business decisions with little or no direction, has a full understanding of market trends, market analysis, and supplier negotiations process. The Direct Materials Senior Buyer must have a solid understanding and demonstrated ability to complete analysis of assigned categories by producing relevant metrics and generating SAP reports as well as the ability to make sound business decisions. Under the general supervision of the Shift Supervisor, this position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the facility in accordance with all federal and state requirements and company policies and standards.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Locally start, stop, regulate, monitor and control boilers, turbine generators, and all auxiliary equipment, normally through the local control stations.

+ Compost knowledge and experience - must demonstrate 2 - 5 years of work experience in compost operations and/or related activities (preferably open windrow composting); must be a trained compost facility operator, through the U.S. Composting Council (USCC) or similar educational and hands-on training program. The candidate should earn the certification from the U.S. Composting Council as a Certified Compost Operations Manager (CCOM) within twelve months of starting employment.

+ Equipment operation - be required to operate heavy equipment when needed; must have experience operating loaders, dump trucks, compost turner and other farm equipment.

+ Computer proficiency - be proficient with software for reporting purposes such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Compost Management Software, etc.

+ Physical ability - must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside, year round.
