+ Recognizes environmental, safety, and GMP hazards and identifies, discusses, and contains them to keep from affecting colleague safety, product quality, and environmental purity, making recommendations for improvements. Conducts GMP, safety, health and environmental inspections.
+ Listens to and responds to colleague suggestions and concerns about safety, health, environment, product quality and housekeeping, and communications on concerns and improvement initiatives to all colleagues.
+ Addresses employee concerns and maintains good communications and morale on shift and within department, and keeps plant management informed of all matters affecting the morale and safety of colleagues.
+ Identifies training needs and discusses needs with Production Superintendent and develops a training plan, and then works with colleagues to develop a high level of job proficiency. Provides positive reinforcement when employees are observed producing good results and safe performance.
+ Evaluates colleague performance, providing regular feedback and discusses disciplinary action with superintendents and human resources.
+ Attends and participates in operation area meetings, safety meeting and supervisor's meeting. Evaluates management programs
+ Analyzes safety incidents by preparing and completing Incident Analysis within 24 hours of incident and making suggestions for betterment.
+ May perform production duties temporarily in the event of an emergency or employee absence.
+ May perform reasonably similar or related duties as required.

Analyze trends for low performing areas during sanitation and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor chemical mixes ensuring correct dilution, and fix when variances occur.
Monitor associate labor hours, ensure efficiency in task completion. Review associate time punches in ADP.
Maintain sanitation equipment in good condition, complete purchase requisitions when necessary.
Initiate new procedures as determined by facility food-safety requirements.
Communicate efficiently and effectively between departments; request assistance from other departments when necessary.
Undertake annual assessment of all SSOPs and update these documents; participate in self-audits.
Conduct monthly usage audits of chemical cleaning agents, and monitor par inventory levels performing inventory counts. Complete purchase requisitions for chemical acquisition.
Enforce, develop, and maintain safe working practices for all associates.
Schedule and track PTO, leaves, etc.
Lock and secure the building as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree or higher; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified in Meat & Poultry HACCP.
Certified in Seafood HACCP.
Seafood Inspection Program.
Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
Experience in preparing HACCP and SSOP Manuals.
Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Support Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day activities of the support functions within a manufacturing site(s), including maintenance, tool cribs and MRO stores. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining the service group's operating capacity through established business processes and procedures. The Manufacturing Support Supervisor is an integral part of the Plant Leadership teams. He or she must collaborate with other associates and other cross functional areas within operations. Manages available resources and leads associates to perform all departmental tasks in the most cost-effective manner while ensuring a quality product is processed according to schedule. Ensures proper use of all Swagelok personnel systems and adherence to all regulatory requirements placed on the plant. Supports company operating plan along with Swagelok's mission, vision and values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Summary:
The Sand Finishing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations related to the finishing and grinding of castings that come from our various foundries, especially those made using the green sand-casting process. This involves ensuring the removal of excess material (like gates, risers, and parting lines) from raw castings, using various techniques like chipping, grinding, and vibrating. The SFS will be responsible for their department producing high-quality, finished castings that meet specifications and are ready for shipment.
Role and Responsibilities
