    Under the direction of the Acquisition and Contracting Services Division (ACSD), Non-IT Procurement Manager, SSM I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) works independently providing procurement services to OTSI project staff for non-IT acquisitions. The AGPA advises on and leads non-IT procurement related activities, evaluates business processes and implements improvements, is adept at creating technical documentation and embraces innovative technical solutions.
