Brad Hall has over thirty years of transportation experience and is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. For five years prior to joining FECR in 2016, Brad was Global Vice President of Industrial Mining and Freight for Siemens. While there Brad established a global business unit that focused on building rail infrastructure for the heavy industry and mining industries around the world. Brad was also responsible globally for Siemens PTC business. Before joining Siemens, Brad served for four years as the head of sales and marketing for American Commercial Lines, one of the largest inland barge companies in the United States. Prior to that Brad spent 12 years with CSX working in various sales and marketing leadership roles. His focus included sales, marketing, pricing, and customer service. He also spent two years as part of the Conrail acquisition team for network operations. He was responsible for the integration of the Conrail National Customer Service Centers in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh into Jacksonville. Before joining CSX, Brad served with Conrail for nine years in various sales and marketing positions in both Chicago and Philadelphia. Brad holds a BS degrees in History and Political Science from Illinois State University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Charles Graning is an ADE of Bridges and Structures - Pocahontas Division at Norfolk Southern Corp and Assistant Chief of Bridges and Facilities at Florida East Coast Railway and is based in Roanoke, Virginia. He has worked as Management Trainee at Norfolk Southern Corp, Engineering Associate at Klienfelder Engineering, and Project Intern at Underground Construction Co.. Charles works or has worked as Volunteer at Active Southern West Virginia. He attended NC State University between 2004 and 2009.
