Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or employee engagement roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems. Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and improving employee experience.
