The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Service Foreman to join our dynamic team. Exercise direct supervision of mechanical personnel. Assist them when necessary in diagnosis of customer complaints and recommending needed repairs. Assist in greeting customers, writing repair orders, and estimating repair costs. Resolve customer complaints, keep Service Manager informed of all customer complaints and technician problems. Assist in maintaining a clean shop and making sure that special tools and shop equipment are in proper operating condition and being used correctly. Assists Service Writer in opening and completing Repair Orders and estimates. Act as liaison between customer and technicians. Review repair orders to ensure all technicians have entered detail description of repair and T/S steps. All pictures and down loads are saved and attached to Paccar Solutions / Decisiv. Warranty parts have been properly tagged and saved. Pre-plan parts requirements for each job ensure parts are available when needed. Work with Service Manager and New and Used Truck Salespersons to ensure all sold trucks are prepared properly for the customer. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Should possess a High School diploma. A certificate or degree from a trade school is preferred, but not required. Must possess or be able to obtain a CDL.
