Position Summary
The Program Coordinator oversees the day-to-day clinical and operational functioning of the Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role serves as the primary point of contact for the program and ensures smooth coordination across admissions, nursing, psychiatry, therapy, and support services. The Program Coordinator provides clinical oversight, supports staff, monitors attendance and compliance, and ensures a consistent, high-quality treatment experience for clients.
Program Overview
The Evening IOP is an all-encompassing behavioral health program serving adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions. The program operates Monday through Friday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and is designed to provide structured treatment while supporting daytime independence. The Program Coordinator plays a central role in maintaining program integrity, clinical standards, and interdepartmental coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary operational and clinical lead for the Evening IOP
Coordinate intake workflows following admissions clearance, including scheduling with nursing, medical, psychiatry, and therapy services
Complete program orientation, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment plan reviews for clients as indicated
Review, update, and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
Track attendance, address engagement concerns, and manage administrative discharges in accordance with program policy
Provide clinical supervision and oversight for the Evening IOP group clinician
Coordinate and oversee collaboration with the remote individual therapist providing telehealth services
Address client issues, concerns, and clinical needs as they arise
Ensure aftercare planning is completed and documented prior to discharge
Interface with Utilization Review, Nursing, Pharmacy, Patient Financial Services, and Care Management as needed
Provide clinical coverage for groups or individual sessions as appropriate and within scope of licensure
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team coordination
Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
May complete Baker Act evaluations in emergent situations, within scope of licensure and training
Qualifications
Active, independent clinical license in the State of Florida as one of the following:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Psychologist
Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution
Previous experience working in a behavioral health or substance use treatment facility preferred
Experience with the Baker Act process preferred
Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate across departments
Comfortable providing leadership, supervision, and operational oversight in a structured treatment setting
Work Environment
In-person role with a dedicated office on campus
Evening-focused schedule supporting program operations and clinical oversight

We are looking for a Per Diem Pharmacist. Experience working in substance/behavioral treatment center required. Reports to the Director of Pharmacy
Job Responsibilities:
Orders and received medication from appropriate source and conducts inventory of controlled substances
Reports all variances as required by state and federal regulations
Prepares accurately medication doses for patients in levels and dosage amounts as prescribed
Keeps adequate control over requesting and dispensing of all drugs and pharmaceutical supplies
Reviews and interprets the prescription of inpatient and outpatient using computerized patient profiles to ensure the appropriateness of dosage and to determine the significance of potential drug-drug interactions
Contacts and confers with healthcare provides concerting the appropriate drug, dose, interval, drug allergy and drug-drug interaction
Fills automated dispensing machines and accurately prepares and dispenses appropriate amount of inpatient and outpatient medication.
Required qualifications:
Active License in the State of Florida as Registered Pharmacist
Graduated from accredited school of Pharmacy as Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D. or equivalent)
Experience working in substance/behavioral treatment center required
Current CPR Certification preferred
Proof of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training or must be obtained

1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)

Job Function: Provides and directs Physical Therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under physicians' orders.
Responsibilities Include:
• Provides Physical Therapy services to residents and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with department procedures.
• Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine the need for intervention/treatment.
• Evaluates residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.
• Adheres to established confidentiality standards.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
• Follows management direction.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
