Ensure all invoices have appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Manages the weekly payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Manages the Accounts Payable ledger to ensure payables are not s past due Manage daily activities of Accounts Payable staff, including weekly vendors payments Fixed Asset Schedules Maintenance Compile annual personal property information by location/entity. Monitoring internal control procedures. Prepare audit selections and workpapers for auditor review. Produce ad hoc reporting as requested. Financial analysis skills and working knowledge of US GAAP.
