Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Proven experience with AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, Azure ML).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Hands-on experience with data lakes, including architecture, ingestion, and querying strategies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in nonprofit or conservation sectors is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

The hourly pay range for this position in ME, and WV is $19.01 to $30.42, plus overtime eligible.
The hourly pay range for this position in NH, PA, VA, and VT is $20.01 to $32.02 plus overtime eligible.

The hourly pay range for this position in CT, MA, NY and NJ is $22.41 to $35.86, plus overtime eligible.

A Patient Accounts Representative for Johnson Memorial Health Services is responsible to ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance claims, facilitate effective follow up on accounts receivable, and assist patients with billing questions.
This position is scheduled Monday - Friday with office hours typically being 8:00am - 4:30pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Complete accounts on various assigned work queues in Epic such as denials and insurance follow up
Filing appeals with insurance companies as necessary
Following up on credit balance accounts
Accepting and entering cash receipts
Assist family members and patients with billing questions
Help sort mail when necessary
Complete required annual Health Stream Courses
Review and transfer accounts to external collection agencies as needed.
Work with patients to provide an estimate of the total charge for intended procedures and determine the patient liability after insurance coverage.
Meet with self-pay patients to setup payment plan and discuss the Charity Care application.
Complete the HPE training
Help others succeed.
Other duties as assigned.

THE JOB
The Account Manager - Enterprise (Minnesota) will own and grow a defined territory covering the Minneapolis / St. Paul region. This sales leader is tasked with driving direct enterprise revenue, even when deals are fulfilled through channel partners. THE QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of sales experience in computer networking or service assurance.
At least 6+ years selling into IT/data centers and C-level executives.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding quotas.
Established customer relationships and territory knowledge in Minnesota.
Strong prospecting skills with the ability to source, pursue, and close large, complex enterprise accounts.
Clear, articulate communication style with executive presence.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
