Pros of working at Florida State College at Jacksonville
The community feel for a collective goal. No matter the hurdle, the outcome was worth the effort put forth for a desired result.
Cons of working at Florida State College at Jacksonville
Without becoming a teacher as a profession, the growth was limited for a student assistant for campus helpdesk, and the IT Computer lab assistant was contingent on enrollment in the College.

Assisting people through helpdesk or IT lab assistant, I was exposed to a diverse array of technologies helping other students. In this sense I was getting a little knowledge through each person I was able to assist.
