What you'll do The Head of Compensation Design will lead a high-performing team of compensation experts responsible for designing and implementing innovative, long-term compensation strategies. Maintain a current knowledge of internal and external market compensation practices and trends on various topics, including pay and demand trends, organization design approaches, role definition, pay for performance, and legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations. Maintaining an awareness of regulatory changes and the potential impact of those changes on current and future compensation requirements. Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields required. 10+ years of experience with 8+ years of developing and managing global compensation programs and processes for both public and private companies, preferably in a high-growth technology environment. Experience leading compensation strategy, competitive pay evaluation, pay/performance links, incentive program design, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Knowledge of current market trends and practices. Experience in compensation plan administration and reporting. Excellent analytical and financial skills, including reduction in cost/risk and optimizing vendor structures/management. As the Global Head of Design & Construction, you will lead the D&C function, overseeing projects across all regions and ensuring consistency in design, execution, and experience. Leading the Design and Construction team, who are responsible for a global portfolio of capital projects; ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery Developing and managing the global capital plan in partnership with regional and finance teams Championing global design standards and workplace innovation strategies Managing regional and global relationships with third-party program managers, design consultants, and contractors across regions Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align workplace strategy with business needs Overseeing governance, risk management, and performance reporting for all PD&C initiatives Leading and mentoring a global team of design and construction professionals What are we looking for? 10+ years of experience in global design, construction, and workplace strategy leadership Proven success delivering complex capital projects across multiple geographies Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets Deep understanding of workplace design trends, sustainability, and flexible work environments Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Power BI, AutoCAD, etc.) For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$162,000.00 - USD$270,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
